At CEAT TYRES LTD, I work in the Quality Assurance Department, where I handle quality management activities and customer complaint analysis. I contributed to reducing curing cycle time from 10 minutes to 8 minutes and inspection cycle time from 26 seconds to 20 seconds.
I also work on digitalization and sustainability projects, including automated tyre weighing and scanning, and replacing plastic spacers with cardboard, bamboo, and biomass. Earlier, during my apprenticeship at TATA Motors, Pune, I worked on engine assembly line maintenance and gained hands-on experience with PLC panels, HMI operation, and sensor systems. My academic projects included a solar-based MPPT controller and a solar panel-based smart lamp.
