At Amazon, I own Alexa Built-in device onboarding and registration services used by millions of third-party devices. I’m driving Alexa+ internationalization across nine locales and leading mDNS/Bonjour-based local-network discovery that reduced pairing failures by 80%.

Previously at Enphase Energy, I built the organization-wide Site Search service, reducing P95 full-text search latency from 30 seconds to under 50ms. I also designed fleet-upgrade orchestration for 100,000+ customer sites per day and led monolith decomposition, Docker migration, and gateway platform adoption across 20+ microservices.

I enjoy building reliable, low-latency distributed systems and contributing to open source, including HashiCorp Nomad and JobRunr.

Authored the design and drive cross-team delivery of Alexa+ internationalization across 9 locales (~2MM MAU); led mDNS local-network discovery that cut pairing failures 80%; shipped Alexa+ consent and auth flows for Alexa TV. Built the org's search and query-serving layer on OpenSearch with Kafka ingestion/replication from multiple upstream services, cutting P95 latency 30s → <50ms. Designed fleet upgrade orchestration running bulk remote upgrades across 1M+ sites/day with idempotent retries and zero downtime. Led Rails monolith decomposition and Docker migration. Built API gateway, A/B platform.
