At Duty First Consulting, I serve as Task Lead for inbox management in the Medicaid/MOG work stream, overseeing beneficiary inquiry intake, triage, and resolution. I develop monthly operations reports and Power BI and MicroStrategy dashboards, and use Snowflake, SAS, and Excel to analyze performance and beneficiary inquiries.
As a Global Health Fellow at Global Health Institute, I conducted mixed-method research on HIV prevention for adolescent girls and young women. My work included evaluating HIV programs in Eswatini, supporting inclusive strategies, and contributing to manuscripts and evidence-based recommendations.
At World AIDS Museum, I researched the needs of young people living with HIV/AIDS and contributed to educational materials and programs. I also facilitated discussions and community outreach focused on HIV/AIDS prevention.
