What I'm looking for
I am a motivated Information Technology student with hands-on experience supporting customers through clear communication, technical troubleshooting, and reliable administrative work. I bring a background in Civil Engineering, where I developed disciplined documentation habits and strong problem-solving skills.
Through my experience as an Assistant Structural Engineer (SIWES) at the University of Lagos, I assisted during building inspections, prepared technical reports, and maintained accurate engineering records. I also collaborated with team members to resolve site-related issues and supported project coordination and administrative tasks.
As a Freelance Virtual Assistant / Administrative Support, I managed emails and administrative tasks, performed internet research and data entry, organized documents, and communicated professionally with clients through email and chat. I’m excited to begin my career in Tier 1 Technical Support or Customer Support within a remote SaaS environment, using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to deliver excellent support.
