At PT Jasa Raharja (Persero), I analyzed revenue from mandatory third-party liability insurance contributions collected through vehicle tax payments, turning performance data into reporting and decision support.

I developed dashboards and visualizations using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Looker Studio, Power BI, and Tableau. My analysis included trend and comparative analysis, KPI evaluation, and forecasting to identify performance gaps and support business planning.

As Operations Manager, Compulsory Contributions, at PT Jasa Raharja (Persero), I manage compulsory insurance contribution revenue collected through passenger transportation tickets. I use data analysis and KPI monitoring to evaluate collection performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth.

I also coordinate with transportation stakeholders and cross-functional teams to address collection issues, improve compliance, and support process improvements and digitalization. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Universitas Indonesia and certifications as a Certified Business Intelligence Analyst and Qualified Risk Management Officer.
