At Infor Tunisia, I contribute to analytical features for Augmented Intelligence solutions on the Infor OS platform, developing and deploying AI models and forecasting engines that support customer decision-making.
Previously at Orange Tunisia, I delivered an end-to-end AI-driven platform for real-time analytics, KPI forecasting, and interactive dashboards. I also automated architecture, QoS monitoring, and reporting updates while supporting network capacity studies.
My work also includes deep reinforcement learning for resource allocation in dynamic 5G wireless networks, with a VTC2024 conference paper accepted.
