Denzil Villarico

I'm an entrepreneurial Engineer that has some side hustles but has also worked in retail and some rather large companies. I've also started with a few startups, all as one of the first 10 employees. My most recent, Mixbook, is still around today and I helped grow that company as the 10th employee to its peak at 70+ employees being the IT Manager, QA Lead, and everything in between (DevOps, SRE, Technical Support).

I've also worked at Netflix in two separate tenures, initially as part of the Labs team responsible for building, scaling, and supporting the test automation infrastructure that accelerates the teams that build the streaming product. I briefly left Netflix to share my experiences and best practices learned with Palo Alto Networks where I standardized many things as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer. My second tenure at Netflix was as part of the Corporate Systems Engineering team that focused on productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness for all of the Netflix workforce.
