IT Project Manager at Bridgestone who delivered a 24-application migration across five LATAM countries.
MexicoWhat I'm looking for
At Bridgestone, I delivered the migration of 24 business applications from the legacy ProcessMaker (DataFlow) platform to Microsoft Power Apps across five LATAM countries. The work retired an unsupported system and avoided a $260,000 USD vendor upgrade.
I introduced a stakeholder and product-owner review and approval cycle that took the program from its first functional builds to 24 live applications in 12 months. I also ran a parallel portfolio of AI, biometrics and other business projects, tracking delivery in Azure DevOps.
Before my promotion to IT Project Manager, I built a manufacturing web platform from scratch with .NET and Angular. It connected to TESS for tire specifications and integrated a Zebra printer over IP for production-line labels.
I also migrated 35 production reports from a legacy Visual Basic stack and optimized stored procedures so queries against 2,000,000-record tables returned in under two seconds. Earlier, I maintained .NET Razor pages for VIT-CORE and built Laravel REST APIs for COBAEM's MiCOBAEM app.
