At FICOM Soluciones Computacionales, I designed and deployed a distributed workforce management platform across 200+ pharmacy branches, serving approximately 6,000 users. I architect and own its C#/.NET and SQL Server backend services.
I built and maintain REST APIs with secure authentication, connecting branch systems to centralized services. I also designed multi-branch data synchronization to support consistency and fault tolerance.
To improve the platform’s stability and performance, I established unit testing and code review practices, refactored production systems, and optimized SQL Server queries and indexes. I also integrated facial and palm biometric devices for employee identification.
At Samsung Research & Development, I developed backend modules for the Samsung SMART Signage Platform and built communication layers connecting software with LED display hardware. I also participated in performance optimization and system-level debugging, collaborating with teams in South Korea, Germany, and the USA.
