I’m looking for a senior talent acquisition role where I can own full-cycle hiring, build scalable SOPs, and partner with stakeholders to deliver strong pipeline quality and long-term retention.

I’m a senior talent acquisition specialist specializing in end-to-end recruiting across APAC and US markets, with a strong focus on healthcare hiring—from NPs and PAs to MDs/DOs and podiatrists. I build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines and manage the process from sourcing through onboarding.

In my roles, I’ve led recruitment for marketing, e-commerce, and executive needs in high-growth environments, and I’ve standardized workflows and onboarding SOPs to support scaling. I also collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to align hiring plans with role requirements.
