At RBC, I lead and mentor quality engineering teams while remaining hands-on with automation strategy, architecture, and delivery. I built a full-stack QA automation framework with a React/JSX frontend and Python backend, using AI-assisted tools to accelerate development.
I establish GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines with integrated SAST, SCA, and DAST scanning, and partner with engineering and product leaders to improve quality KPIs, release readiness, and automation maturity. My work has supported the HSBC integration and other high-visibility programs.
Earlier, I built Python, Selenium WebDriver, and Robot Framework automation for RBC's FRTB program, led QA delivery at BMO, and developed telecom automation at Nokia Networks and Tech Mahindra. I've led teams of up to 12 engineers and delivered measurable improvements in test coverage, uptime, and operational efficiency.
