What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead quality engineering and test automation for large-scale digital platforms, building automation strategy, mentoring teams, and improving release quality through API, web, mobile, and CI/CD testing.

At Royal Bank of Canada, I lead QA strategy, planning, execution, and reporting across Agile banking releases. I manage and mentor onshore and offshore teams of up to 12 QA engineers while supporting UAT, defect triage, business validation, and release readiness.

I've implemented Karate and Rest Assured API automation and maintained Selenium-based web automation suites for digital platforms, including the Avion rewards mobile application. I also partner with DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, and GitHub.

Previously at Scotiabank, I led automation for AML/KYC regulatory and customer onboarding programs, expanding regression coverage through Selenium, Cucumber, and API automation frameworks. My background also includes enterprise testing and systems roles across Tech Mahindra, Sonata Software, Wipro, and Microsoft projects.
