I've built machine learning-driven analytics and Python-based tools at UMRF–FedEx to enhance cybersecurity threat detection. I investigated threats with data science techniques and communicated technical findings to leadership and stakeholders.

At the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art, I collected, cleaned, and analyzed visitor data for research and reporting. I also helped design data collection systems with domestic and international partners and audited technology usage and budgets to support resource allocation.

My work spans data analysis, application development, technical documentation, and Agile collaboration. I use Python, SQL, Power BI, and relational databases to extract, clean, analyze, and visualize data.

Most recently, I investigated theft, fraud, and policy violations at Walmart using surveillance, audits, POS activity, inventory data, and case documentation.
