At Ministry of Health – Ndola DHO, I conduct medicine forecasting and supply planning, coordinate procurement, and oversee deliveries to district facilities. I reduced stock-outs by implementing FEFO/FIFO protocols and monitoring supply chains.

Previously, at Ministry of Health – Arthur Davison Children’s Hospital, I coordinated the ARV supply chain and implemented eLMIS and SMARTCARE for dispensing and logistics tracking.
