What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead technical delivery work that connects business and technology teams, improves implementation outcomes, and takes complex data or product initiatives from discovery through production.

At TD, I lead enterprise data implementation initiatives from requirements discovery through testing, production deployment, and post-production support. As TD’s Forward Deploy Resource for the Rahona data migration program, I helped reduce average implementation time from 5.0 to 3.3 days and increase deployment throughput by 51% year-over-year.

I coordinate Product Owners, engineers, architects, QA, vendors, and business stakeholders to turn technical and business needs into executable delivery plans. I’ve improved intake, governance approvals, production readiness, secure file-transfer implementation, root-cause analysis, and analyst onboarding while managing 24+ enterprise data initiatives annually.

I also bring project leadership from municipal campaigns and long-term retail operations, where I led teams, managed fixed deadlines, and rebuilt accountability in underperforming locations.
