Currently, I am working on the AbbVie PRM project, a Health Cloud-based platform designed to support patients throughout their treatment journey. My role involves developing and optimizing flows for case creation and patient enrollment, customizing the Salesforce Service Console, and creating Apex classes and triggers to handle eligibility workflows. I also build Lightning Web Components for capturing patient details and medication tracking, ensuring compliance with federal healthcare regulations.

With a proactive approach, I actively participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with healthcare teams to enhance patient service management.
