I seek a technical leadership role in data engineering focused on cloud-native pipelines, scalable ETL, stakeholder collaboration, and opportunities to mentor teams and drive high-quality, performant data solutions.

I am a goal-driven, detail-oriented data engineer with 11+ years of experience across banking, insurance, and retail domains, combining software development and strong analytical skills in dispute resolution and relationship management.

I have led and delivered complex data migration and pipeline projects, including single-handed production delivery of six LRD migrations, and managed teams to produce scalable, performant solutions using PySpark, Scala, Hive, Databricks, ADF and Azure. I collaborate closely with stakeholders for requirement analysis, demos, and Go/No-Go decisions.

I hold an MTech from BITS Pilani and multiple cloud/data engineering certifications; I prioritize clean, testable ETL, reconciliation, and performance-driven architectures and seek to bring technical leadership to a growth-focused data team.
