In my current role, I manage ecommerce order management and demand/inventory planning across Amazon Seller Central and Shopify-based D2C operations. I lead end-to-end fulfillment by coordinating inventory reconciliation, dispatch execution, production planning coordination, and logistics/transport tracking—backed by operational metrics through Excel dashboards and reporting tools.

I also strengthen financial accuracy and controls through ERP-based workflows, handling accounts payable activities, invoice processing, bank reconciliation, journal voucher processing, and fund utilization tracking. I use Infor M3 to support MIS reporting, KPI tracking, and working capital monitoring with a strong audit and documentation mindset.

Beyond operations, I collaborate with digital marketing agencies and support social media, content marketing, and campaign planning to align promotional activities with market trends and brand engagement goals. I enjoy taking ownership—like coordinating cross-functional project execution and presenting proposals to stakeholders—to deliver measurable outcomes.
