At Heizen, I built FlowOS end to end for an industrial instrumentation manufacturer. The production platform takes customer emails from a shared Microsoft 365 inbox through to priced quotation PDFs that sales can revise and reissue.
I designed its LLM pipeline to identify customers behind forwarded emails, process scanned attachments, and classify enquiries with citations. It replaced a proof of concept that lost 24–78% of long enquiries, while catalogue ranking and line review help sales resolve what still blocks a quote.
At Heizen, I also led customer engagements from discovery workshops to production, including multi-agent systems for radiology report interpretation and construction scheduling. I developed reusable orchestration frameworks to reduce implementation effort across customer projects.
Previously, at MAGES Studio, I architected an EdTech platform for healthcare, navy, and World Bank-backed cocoa farming training. I shipped conversational AI, content analysis, and summaries that lifted engagement 25% and retention 15%, and built SDKs and CI/CD pipelines that reduced integration effort and deployment time.
