At Brimatec Solutions Pvt. Ltd., I coordinate solar business operations across customer handling, business development, partner engagement and project support. I manage approximately 10 channel partners and coordinate approximately 15 residential rooftop EPC projects.

I support 20–25 residential rooftop solar installations per month and contribute to management of an annual business portfolio of approximately ₹4–5 crore. I also lead and mentor a 20-member sales and operations team.

I handle customer and commercial coordination from lead generation and requirement discussions through proposals, quotations, follow-ups and order closure. I coordinate solar-loan processing with banks and work with DISCOMs on net metering and grid connectivity, while guiding customers through PM Surya Ghar documentation and subsidy processes.

Previously, as Marketing Manager at India Solar Limited, I managed channel and direct marketing for rooftop-solar solutions and supported commercial discussions and execution coordination for a 110 kW installation project for the Haryana Education Department. At Sri Hari Products, I managed business operations and sales coordination; as Marketing Consultant for RCFC-CR, National Medicinal Plants Board, I prepared market-research reports and stakeholder materials.
