I've supported California State Teachers' Retirement System (CalSTRS) projects at Sagitec Solutions, leading QA activities for Agile/Scrum integration teams and retirement administration functionality.
I create test plans, detailed test cases, and execution schedules from requirements and user stories. I perform functional, system, integration, regression, smoke, ad hoc, end-to-end, and UAT testing, while using SQL to validate source-to-target data, database values, and transformation rules.
I've led and mentored 5–6 member QA teams, partnered with business users, BAs, developers, and onsite stakeholders, and tracked defects and PIRs through validated closure. I've also received Employee of the Year twice.
