What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to bring my press tool and fixture design expertise to a growth-focused manufacturing team, with an interest in automobiles, manufacturing processes, and developing innovative, functional mechanical products.

At UE Press Tools Ltd, I coordinate engineering, procurement, quality, and production workflows for press-tool projects. I also support tool setup, alignment, commissioning trials, and corrective die modifications.

I work with blanking, piercing, and progressive die operations, including preventive maintenance and tool-life tracking. My focus includes maintaining dimensional accuracy through tooling and production documentation.

Previously, at Whale Enterprise Pvt Ltd, I supported fabrication vendors and contributed fixture and fabrication-method recommendations during design reviews. I also designed a cost-effective onion harvesting machine for the SAEINDIA Off-Highway Forum TIFAN Competition 2022.
