I conduct first-article inspections and hourly quality checks against drawing tolerances. I also adjust offsets and monitor tool wear to improve cycle time and productivity.
At Thermex Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd, I operated CNC machines for milling, drilling, and grinding. I made real-time program and offset adjustments to improve surface finish and dimensional accuracy, and performed preventive maintenance checks.
At MOJJ Engineering System Ltd, I operated CNC machines to customer engineering specifications and monitored tool wear. I also supported production planning teams in reducing downtime and bottlenecks.
