What I'm looking for

I seek a role leveraging AR/claims and data analysis in a collaborative, process-focused team where I can drive efficiency, mentor others, and grow into broader operations or analytics responsibilities.

I am a detail-oriented analyst with hands-on experience in AR follow-up, claims denial management, and client access provisioning across healthcare revenue-cycle operations. I focus on using data-driven insights and financial analysis to reduce outstanding balances and improve processing outcomes.

At R1CM I progressed from Analyst to Senior Analyst/Trainer, leading AR follow-up initiatives, analyzing denial trends, and training associates to raise team performance. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and enhance claims processing efficiency.

Currently I manage client access and system provisioning while continuing to leverage tools like MS Excel and Power BI to inform decisions. I bring strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills, and I am passionate about improving operational efficiency through disciplined analysis.
