What I'm looking for
I am a Senior Business Analyst with over 19 years of experience in business analytics, people management, training and quality programs within BPO operations. I have led process mapping, sampling structure design, inventory management and developed SOPs for billing and headcount concerns.
At Optum I served as Department SPOC for quarterly forecasts, headcount, billing and IT chargebacks while creating dashboards and reporting for senior leadership. I partnered with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, define future-state solutions and implement process automation to reduce manual trainer and supervisor effort.
I have delivered measurable results through Lean projects, implementing three Lean initiatives in my current role, saving FTEs in prior quality projects and creating organizational tools such as audit samplers, ATA tools and dashboards. I regularly ran audits, root cause analyses, calibrations and training to improve quality and consistency.
