I am a results-driven educator and certified trainer with 15 years of teaching experience and membership with the Institute of Teacher Education and Development (INTED). I hold a Bachelor of Education in English and History, a Bachelor of Education (Basic), and a Diploma in Basic Education, and I maintain professional teaching licenses and internationally recognized TEFL/TESOL certifications.

I have trained and supervised over 70 teachers across four regions of Ghana, delivered teacher development programs, and coached learners in drama and stage performance to build confidence and communication skills. My practice emphasizes learner-centered, enquiry-based, contextual and conceptual approaches that prioritize student engagement and measurable learning outcomes.

I bring strong communication, leadership, time management, critical thinking, and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to roles in classroom instruction, teacher training, curriculum implementation, and mentorship. I am committed to professional excellence, continuous development, and contributing to school improvement initiatives.
