I’m a Kenyan Financial Advisor at Jubilee Insurance Limited, working directly with clients to understand their financial objectives, cross-sell JAML investment products, and advise on where to invest for maximum returns while reducing risk. I also prepare and present client proposals, actively generate quality leads, and consistently achieve allocated sales targets while adhering to compliance and practice management standards.

Previously, I strengthened my commercial and service skills as a Direct Sales Representative (DSR) and Customer Care Assistant at Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB), handling customer inquiries and complaints, conducting due diligence on KYC, and managing AML/CFT risks at branch level.
