What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can provide legal and HR advisory, support MSMEs or corporate clients in compliance, dispute resolution, and management consultancy, with client-focused, consultative culture.

I am a senior banking and legal professional with over 27 years of experience at the State Bank of India and a continuing practice as an Advocate at the High Court of Lucknow. I combine deep operational banking knowledge with legal expertise and advanced HR qualifications, including an MBA (HR) and SPHR certification.

At SBI I served as Special Associate & Chief Cash Officer, leading customer relations, grievance handling, HR functions, audits, loan recovery, and policy implementation while supporting the Assistant General Manager’s Secretariat for two decades.

Since 2008 I have practiced as an Advocate, providing legal advisory, case pleadings, documentation, and client counseling with specializations in corporate law, civil cases, and HR-related legal matters.

In 2023 I founded and lead Deb Legal and Management Services as CMD & CEO, offering MSME-focused advisory, consultancy, HR and legal services that integrate my banking, legal, and HR strengths to support client compliance and management needs.
