I’m a Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA) with 4+ years in a high-volume cardiology practice, where I coordinate clinic workflow, support physicians, and keep patient flow moving smoothly in fast-paced ambulatory care. In my current role at Memorial Katy Cardiology Associates, I handle vitals, medication reconciliation, and patient preparation for cardiac diagnostics such as 12-lead EKGs, PET/CT, and treadmill or nuclear stress testing.

I’m also proud of my leadership—training and onboarding newly hired Medical Assistants and supporting coworkers during high-volume clinic days—while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance. From documenting in Epic, ECW, and Care4 to inventory & supply management, prescription refill requests, and patient education in English and Spanish, I focus on continuous process improvement and exceptional patient experience.
