I've supported 10,000+ NHS users across two Trusts, helping implement, test and support five major clinical information systems across 500+ departments. I identified and resolved a critical label-printing issue that enabled a major system to go live across both Trusts.

Across 37 years in administration, information management, IT and data analysis, I've produced workforce reports, restored accurate reporting processes, managed permissions, and created training materials and technical documentation. I also delivered classroom and one-to-one training to around 1,000 NHS staff each month as part of a five-person team.

More recently, I've managed marketing data across 30+ property developments and built a catalogue of 400+ digital products. I'm seeking remote work in AI evaluation, data annotation, data quality and information analysis, where I can bring careful, logical and independent problem-solving.
