Dean Konstantine

I am Dean Konstantine, an innovative electrical engineer and seasoned executive with over two decades of leadership in energy product development, manufacturing, and organizational management. My career spans across several industries, including renewable energy, mortgage financing, and law enforcement, where I have consistently driven operational excellence and technological innovation.

At Algae Plus LLC and Natural Sunlite Inc., I have spearheaded initiatives to revolutionize the agricultural and indoor farming industries with sustainable and high-efficiency products. My leadership as CEO of Real American Capital Corp and KEI Energy Inc. focused on developing strategic partnerships, enhancing fiscal functions, and steering comprehensive research and development efforts to deliver groundbreaking energy solutions.

My public safety and law enforcement background is extensive, with pivotal roles at the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office and as President of the Riverside Sheriff’s Association, where I was instrumental in negotiating collective bargaining agreements and managing complex investigations.

As a committed educator, I have also contributed to academic excellence as an Adjunct Professor at Irvine Valley College and through administrative roles to enhance educational programs.
