What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build reliable backend, distributed systems, infrastructure, and high-volume data pipelines, with ownership from architecture through deployment and reliability.

At Nimble Ads, I design and ship production backend, systems, and infrastructure work end-to-end, including an ad server handling tens of millions of requests per day with stable p99 latency and near-24/7 availability.

I've built high-volume scraping and data pipelines across ingestion, transformation, storage, search, and analytics using Java, Python, SQL, Kafka, AWS, PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, Redshift, Elasticsearch, and Redis. I also build systems from scratch, including Kilovolt, a fault-tolerant Go key-value store using Raft, WalrusDB, an embedded SQL database in C++20, and BeetleOS, an x86 operating system currently under active development.
