At ConveGenius.AI, I contributed to Rajasthan’s State Vidya Samiksha Kendra by conceptualising KPIs and developing dashboards to monitor schools, teachers, students, and programmes. I developed and maintained 20+ dashboards tracking 40+ KPIs across 60,000+ schools and 7 million students.
I independently deployed dashboards across 41 districts and 378 blocks, then automated the cloning process with Python and Selenium. I also automated recurring data extraction and reporting workflows and prepared ad-hoc insight reports for senior government officials.
Previously, at Knack RCM, I automated around 10 daily MIS reports using Excel VBA and Windows PowerShell, saving the MIS team 3–4 hours each day. I also developed a weekly agent performance dashboard that contributed to 15% growth in productivity across around 300 agents.
