What I'm looking for

I seek senior engineering or project leadership roles overseeing structural design and construction, preferably in renewable energy or building projects, with responsibility for team coordination, quality and timely delivery.

I am a civil and structural engineer with full construction licenses, extensive project design experience, and a strong track record managing building and PV power plant projects. I combine technical design skills with on-site supervision and quality control to deliver projects on time and to specification.

Throughout my career I have worked in Poland, the UK and internationally on industrial halls, residential developments and numerous photovoltaic power plants up to multi-megawatt scale, leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating contractors and stakeholders.

I am proficient in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Vectorworks, Robot and Photoshop, speak advanced English and several intermediate European languages, and I run my own design and construction supervision practice focused on high-quality, code-compliant delivery.
