At a Niche CX Consulting Firm, I authored the State of CX in Africa 2025 Report, leading data preparation, cleaning, and analysis for 1,040+ respondents across 20 African countries. I translate customer expectations, service quality, brand perception, and behaviour data into actionable recommendations, CX maturity models, journey maps, and executive-ready reporting.
I also analyzed Stanbic IBTC relationship manager and customer portfolio data to identify service gaps and retention opportunities.
