At Amazon, I design and implement backend services for the Data Aggregation Platform Service using Java, Spring, and AWS. I develop REST APIs and distributed components that collect, transform, and serve data across internal systems.
I improve service reliability and scalability by analyzing application behavior, service dependencies, and data-processing workflows. I also investigate production issues and implement durable fixes.
Previously, I developed backend services and framework components for Amazon’s Customer Service Framework Team. I built automated tests and worked with engineering teams on service interfaces and production features.
At The University of Texas at Austin, I assisted students with object-oriented programming as a Computer Science Teaching Assistant. Earlier, I developed frontend functionality for IBM’s Multicloud Management Platform AIOPs Team using AngularJS.
