At ZIMVIE, I own worldwide infrastructure, service delivery and IT automation for a global medical device manufacturer. I redesigned the on-premise data center for an off-premise model, cutting $256K in annual operating cost, and rebuilt the service desk intake model, reducing SLA violations by 37%.
I also serve in enterprise AI governance, defining criteria and guardrails for company-wide adoption, and designed agentic solutions that replaced R&D processes and part updates. Earlier, at LONZA and CAPSUGEL, I led infrastructure and service management work spanning acquisition integration, divestiture, modernization and automation.
