My career spans manufacturing engineering, industrial maintenance, automation, and technical troubleshooting. I’ve worked at Boston Scientific, Remington Medical, and Kia, supporting equipment reliability, resolving technical problems, and helping teams keep operations running smoothly. My hands-on experience includes electrical systems, PLCs, VFDs, robotics, pneumatics, and production equipment.

Most recently, I worked as a Senior Manufacturing Engineering Technician IV at Boston Scientific. My responsibilities included production support, troubleshooting, process improvement, and technical documentation. I’m comfortable investigating problems, identifying root causes, explaining findings, and coordinating solutions across teams. Details of proprietary projects remain confidential.

I hold associate degrees in Cybersecurity and Precision Automation and Maintenance. I earned my cybersecurity degree with a 3.64 GPA, building on my industrial background with knowledge of IT and security.

I’m particularly interested in connecting practical troubleshooting with software and automation. I’ve built a personal email-triage workflow using n8n, Gmail, and Notion, and documented the work in a portfolio. I enjoy finding repetitive tasks, understanding how a process works, and building tools that make it easier to manage.

Now based in Indonesia, I’m seeking fully remote opportunities with international teams in technical support, IT support, product support, implementation, or workflow automation. English is my native language. I bring hands-on technical experience, clear documentation, curiosity, and a methodical approach to learning unfamiliar systems and solving problems.
