At Niuro, I develop and maintain an order management and billing platform for a U.S. medical equipment supplier. I work across patient intake, insurance authorization, deliveries, claims, and payments using Python, FastAPI, Svelte, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
I’ve improved billing and reporting reliability, automated delivery-status updates, and implemented role-based interface permissions. I also built background jobs for permission-checked PDF and Excel exports and rebuilt payroll reporting with regional summaries.
At Yeapp, I developed full-stack applications and contributed to production deployments and incident response. I integrated a conversational AI agent into an IVR system using Azure speech recognition and synthesis, Bot Framework, and the OpenAI API.
