I've supported enterprise monitoring initiatives for Eli Lilly and Company through JC Automation, using Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Observability Cloud across development and production environments. I investigate alerts, validate detector configurations, document monitoring gaps, and support Azure provisioning through ServiceNow.

I've also contributed features, debugging, testing, and Agile sprint work to the internal Site Leads Flutterweb application. My work includes SQL proof-of-concept research in Microsoft SQL Server, VM access investigation, and technical implementation documentation.

At Universidad de Puerto Rico, I built a Flutter and Dart fuel-cost estimator with SQLite persistence and developed a Java socket-based local messenger with a multithreaded server-client architecture.
