At Rackspace Technology, I created an internal engineering platform used by Azure and AWS teams for cloud assessments, shared tools, and operational workflows. I owned it from requirements and architecture through development, testing, deployment, and operation.
I built proactive reports that surfaced cost savings, security risks, and configuration gaps, and developed self-service training labs with Terraform and Azure PowerShell for standard Azure engineer onboarding.
I trained engineers in practical AI use and applied LLMs and agent workflows to analysis, automation, documentation, and platform development. In my independent engineering work, I built Command Center, a Next.js operations platform with live infrastructure dashboards and a PostgreSQL-backed memory warehouse for semantic recall of prior AI sessions.
Earlier at Rackspace Technology, I worked in Azure cloud engineering, Windows systems engineering, and customer service. I also served as a Nuclear Weapons Specialist in the United States Air Force, maintaining and inspecting systems under strict safety, security, and compliance standards.
