I've built production geospatial web applications at Benesch, including a draft-enabled mapping tool and secure Shapefile upload platform that speed data review and self-service access to rail and geospatial deliverables.
I also developed an Azure AD SSO onboarding service using the Microsoft Graph API, with real-time notifications for newly provisioned users. My work includes secure cloud-backed ingestion pipelines and role-based access controls using AWS.
At Comcast, I built Python, Kafka, and Elasticsearch microservices that cut network alarm acknowledgment from more than 40 minutes to about 3 minutes. I developed geospatial analytics and customer-impact applications, and helped retire four legacy platforms through Node.js and Elasticsearch services.
Earlier at Summit Broadband, I delivered APIs, IVR automation, and an internal outage and ticketing platform that reduced issue resolution from hours to under one hour and lowered truck rolls by approximately 25%.
