I designed an automated outreach pipeline on Resend with deduplication and reply-pause logic, and ran a full codebase security audit that included patching plaintext token storage and an OAuth CSRF flaw.
At the State of Delaware, Department of Health and Social Services, I support the ERP system and work with facility providers on report submission and analysis. I also evaluate AI model outputs at Handshake AI and Outlier, and maintain and analyse maintenance management data at the University of Delaware.
