I’m interested in the Manager, Knowledge & Enablement, Global Support role at Auvik, where I can build and govern trusted knowledge that helps customers and AI agents find accurate answers. I’d also bring coaching and enablement to the team.

At MYRA SYSTEMS CORP., I co-own an 86-file Markdown knowledge base and built a Claude environment that turns a new RFP into a branded, 80–90% complete first draft in about 30 minutes. I also built more than 10 Copilot Studio agents, including one that produced a 35-page response live in a leadership session.

I ran the proposal process for more than 30 public-sector bids and managed the content and assembly of a roughly 300-page BC Assessment response; the company won a 20-year contract. Alongside my work at MYRA, I built DJC MEDIA to more than 261.5 million organic YouTube views, and I train colleagues on the systems I build.
