I’m a Product Designer focused on shipping AI-powered automations and data-rich interactive experiences that make complex publishing workflows faster, clearer, and more measurable. At Singapore Press Holdings – The Business Times, I built near-instant pipelines (data extraction → design → print-ready output) adopted across the editorial team for recurring reports.

I designed and developed 15+ interactive features—node graphs, filterable tables, and live charts—using AI-assisted prototyping and code generation to cut build time while achieving 2–3× higher reader engagement versus standard articles. I also created internal workflow tooling and templating systems that reduced design-to-publish turnaround by ~40%.

Across cross-functional partnerships with journalists, editors, and engineers, I focus on mapping existing workflows, identifying automation opportunities, and shipping durable new defaults (not one-off fixes). I built and maintained a scalable Figma design system with components, tokens, and layout grids so non-designers could self-serve routine publishing tasks.

Previously at Parallelchain Lab, I led UI and interaction design for a compliance-critical KYC-chain product and a permission-based asset management tool, designing audit-friendly patterns and role-based access workflows. With a comprehensive Figma design system and low-code operational tools, I reduced manual operations by ~60%, and I’m grounded in an M.S. in Applied Data Science from USC.
