At Fujitsu, I’ve built and maintained detailed Microsoft Project schedules for private sector, public sector and MOD programmes. As lead planner on Harmony/OnePeople, I integrated Technical and Data plans into the master schedule and automated updates, saving about half a day of manual work each week.
I use schedule evidence to identify critical paths, risks and delays, and produce reporting for programme reviews and escalations. For Primark, I showed how overlapping critical paths could delay final Test completion by five days, helping the teams agree changes that cut the impact by two days.
