What I'm looking for

I’m looking for my next role on a strong team already retooling with agents, especially an AI-native organization where I can lead product and technology teams building high-scale customer experiences.

At FabFitFun, I unified Product and Technology around one roadmap, launched the company’s first loyalty program and two new business lines, and added $240K MRR in their first two months. I also led AI adoption across functions, deploying Claude, building shared engineering harnesses, and creating agent workflows for product discovery.

I’ve spent more than 20 years building and operating technology platforms, including Dollar Shave Club’s e-commerce business serving 3M+ subscribers and 250K daily peak orders. I’ve led global engineering organizations, modernized Rails monoliths into domain-based systems, improved reliability and delivery speed, and reduced infrastructure and operating costs while supporting $500M+ in annual revenue.
