What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my financial operations, payment processing, reconciliation, and vendor-management experience in a deadline-driven environment focused on accuracy, controls, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

I've managed end-to-end accounts payable and payment processing at OpenLink Financial across multiple legal entities, covering vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, consultant expenses, tax payments, and client refunds.

I prepare and execute ACH and wire payments, maintain banking templates, coordinate approvals, and verify settlement within banking deadlines. I also review and route invoices in NetSuite, resolve discrepancies, reconcile expenses and timesheets, and support vendor inquiries.
