I’m an Electronic Engineer and Software Architect with 20+ years of experience across banking, insurance, telecommunications, and oil & gas. I specialize in IBM ODM (Operational Decision Manager), from version 8.8.5 through v11, including hands-on migrations of rule projects to Java-compatible ODM versions. I also help teams design, standardize, and govern Open to fully remote business rule deployments across regional organizations.
In my most recent consulting work with BNP Paribas Cardif via Amaris Consulting, I led an ODM version migration initiative upgrading rule projects to v11 to support regional obsolescence programs. I designed and maintained business rules in IBM ODM to optimize decision logic for insurance underwriting and claims. I coordinated distributed teams to align development standards and supported ODM-to-microservices integration pipelines with Oracle database BRMS/Rules Engines backends.
Beyond ODM, I’ve acted as a forward deployed technical owner of end-to-end infrastructure and delivery, and I’ve built products such as a mobile app (iOS & Android with Ionic) and a web platform (PHP/MySQL/WordPress). I’ve also architected microservices and cloud infrastructure using Spring Boot, Angular, Terraform (AWS), and GitLab CI/CD, while establishing migration/deprecation roadmaps. Across multiple engagements, I’ve defined IBM ODM standards, consolidated reusable rule patterns, and trained business stakeholders to self-serve rule updates—reducing IT dependency and delivery bottlenecks.
