I’m a BS Electronics Engineering graduate with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, equipment diagnostics, and maintenance, focused on turning technical issues into sustained performance improvements. In my part-time Technician/Liaison role, I diagnosed and repaired mechanical, electrical, and electronic malfunctions across multiple operational stations, managed spare parts inventory, and verified that repaired units met quality and safety standards. I also acted as a clear technical link to communicate service status, repair timelines, and maintenance requirements to stakeholders.

Earlier, as an IT Technical Support Engineer Intern, I supported corporate IT assets by assisting in configuration, deployment, and maintenance of workstations and printers, and by diagnosing Windows and application-level problems. I also assisted with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV surveillance systems across corporate properties. I’m motivated by structured problem-solving—root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement—and I bring this mindset into manufacturing-oriented work, including my thesis on monitoring smart waste systems and related lab projects involving PCB design, microcontroller control, and electronics testing.
